rear disc brake conversion

is there a rear disc brake conversion for the jeep liberty (chrysler 8.25")???

why not just find a 8.25 rear out of a wrecked 03+ KJ? Should be pretty much bolt on, other than some new brake lines perhaps. Just seems to me that it would be less work than converting the drums over.
