I have a 2003 Liberty Limited... Thinking about these speakers for the front:

And these for the rear:

Question is, will these tweeters easily replace (ie, fit) my stock ones?

Also, I'm a little confused (well, alot confused) about the crossovers, would it make sense to get this set up?

P.S. Also thinking about this for a little bass:

Man, I just don't know exactly what I'm doing... thanks to all!

P.S. Headunit is this:

Most people suggest a 2-way speakers for the rear instead of 3 or 4 ways, but whatever suits your needs best. I just know that's a common suggestion.

As far as your tweeters fitting, Crutchfield Car Selector says they'll fit but I would double check that because I think the '03 tweeters might be 2".

And for the sub, if you're looking for something to place under the seat, just make sure you have adequate space. It may not fit if you have power seats. Without power seats, you should be okay but if that's incorrect, someone else I'm sure will chime in.

Did you have the pictures out of order?

I would put the components up front and the others in the rear. In the past I have just put 2-ways in the rear with bass block filters on them so they do not try to hit the low notes. Leave that for your subwoofer. Let the rears focus on "fill" sound, not clarity as much.

The tweeters fit in the factory dash area, but you have to make a homemade bracket to hold them... as I think the factory tweets are 2" actual speakers, whereas the component tweets are 1". (Not sure on exact size.) There are posts on here that tell how it has been done.

That sub looks a little small, so if you use it, do not put the bass block filters on the rear speakers as I mentioned above.

Good luck and let us know how it sounds. Nice looking head unit, by the way.

I use 6.5 in the front doors and a 2" tweeter in the front dash from Focal 165VR Editions.
In the rear doors are the OEM speakers, as for imaging the sound staging is from the front and only reflective sounds are from the rear and are naturally not clear. The rear I run a Focal 33V1. The fronts/rears are by-passed at 120hz and the sub is at 120hz below, all controled by the deck. This has plenty of sound to make the neigborhood mad and clear enough to make me smile. I have a wide range of music to listen to so I pretty much cover the entire spectrum of music.
