Question if anyone is running this bike rack

I'm getting a kuat nv bike rack to carry my bike on my liberty. Has anyone used this specific one? If so did you need a extension tube?

Don't know if you need one or not, but the local U-Haul dealer had them on sale for $16 before Christmas. Half of the cheapest I could find anywhere. I have a Yakima that I carry a bike on while towing the Libby behind the RV.
