Pump noise?? from rear

Hi!,

After my first few weeks of Liberty ownership...

...i have started hearing a noise...and it is very intermittent...

Its not a nasty noise...sounds like a pump running somewhere near the rear quarter after I have been running a while...and it does go off.

Sounds like a fuel pump...but it ain't that..

Any ideas guys

Hi, my 04 3.7 liberty (cherokee) did the same, I think is the gas vapor pump that work when gasses in tank gain one certain amount, do you note if this rumor arrive when the tank is half empty?
