Power Wheel????

I just picked up some used Moab wheels with tires. One of the tires have more tread than the other and i was wondering if one of the rear wheels have more torque than the other. I know that front wheel drive cars have a power wheel and i was just curious if rear wheel drive is the same.

From the direction your engine spins the pinion shaft,it's the oposite for the front wheels.
