Power outlet/ lighter problem

The power outlet doesn't work and yes of course i checked the fuse. The fuse was not blown but replaced it anyway. It worked when we got the Libby but one day just stopped, can these elements just go bad or something? Of course I bought from a non Jeep dealer and they want me to leave it for a "few days". Any ideas guys?

Check all the fuses, there are a lot of postings about the fuse panel not matching what is listed in the owners and service manuals

I agree w/ Bob. My gauge cluster went out and the fuse that was blown was NOT the fuse labeled in the manual.
