PCV valve and some other stuff

Hello Jeepers,
i know you might wonder why i would like to buy this stuff and its common stuff in your country, but my PCV valve is broken and today i went to buy a new one here in my country lebanon i couldn't find new ones only used, and i don't want to buy used stuff, anyways i'd like to buy some stuff:
1- PCV Valve
2- PCV Line/Hoes
and other 2 stuff i don't know what they are called so i took a picture to show

there is one on the left and one on the right i need them both
i will pay Shipment to my country so please before selling the item ask DHL or any other services (the cheapest would be great) for shipment price.

5301 3457 AB - Left side crankcase breather tube, 5301 3458 AB - right side crankcase breather tube. This is the Mopar parts numbers. I just purchased these from eBay and installed them.
