Yes, the solenoids are what you replaced. Blackhawk gives a measurement for the resistance. Start by checking the solenoid is OK (I have bought brand new faulty parts, so I always like to start at the beginning!) then work back from there checking the wiring, if that all checks out it's looking like a TCM fault.

OK, excellent advice. Thank you. I pretty much figured it was faulty parts. I usually get mine online, and sometimes they are bad upon installation. Usually I can't return them and I have to purchase another. But I will do check it with a multimeter in ohm. It must be between 1.6 to 2.3 ohms as soon as the weather clears up, nothing but rain for the last 2 weeks.
