I had to replace my water pump...again, I just replaced it 3 years ago but I digress. When I was removing the pump I pulled the bolts out and when I pulled out one of the bolts it had engine oil on it. (enough to wipe on the ground, not enough that it would drip out the hole) It was one of the long bolts that when you stand at the front of the Jeep looking at the engine it is at the 2 o'clock position. Any ideas why or uhm how? Thanks in advance!

That's what I'm guessing. Or a leaky valve cover gasket dripping a bit. I wouldn't worry.

Those long bolts go through the timing cover too. Lots of oil flying around back there. If it isn't leaking out I wouldn't worry about it.
