no lights on left turn signal when on parking lights or regular on. Will work on off or auto.

I have changed bulbs, lever, rear circuit board, 4 way flash button, bulb socket. I even went after the missing link (flasher)
only to find it is in the circuit board for the gages.
ANY IDEAS would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like it may be an earth fault, try running a lead straight to the battery negative terminal from the gauge earth.
