Will 15x8 5-4.5, 4.5 back spacing steel wheels & 235/75/15 tires fit a stock 2003 JEEP LIBERTY RENEGADE 4WD with no lift kit?

That is a 29in tire,9in wide. Your choice of wheels is too wide for the tire.I used the same size wheel with 31/11.5/15 tires and they where too wide for them.
You must be registered for see images attach

The tire you are looking at will work on the stock wheel, though it is border line wide for that size tire.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
No those tires and wheels will not fit without rubbing on a unlifted KJ.You want a 7" rim, leave the 8" rims for 12.50" wide tires. The person trying to install those tires will really not like you as it will take forever to mount.

So will 15x7 steel wheels & 235/75/15 tires fit a Liberty with the stock suspension?

with the right backspacing they may
depends on how much your suspension has sagged over time.
I had one come in for a noise when driving down the road with 235-70-16s on stock wheels was rubbing due to it sitting over an inch and a half below new stock height
since we don't know what year, number of miles etc its hard to say but I doubt it

I'm getting a 2003 JEEP Liberty Renegade 4WD, with stock suspension. I'm wanting to put on a set of AR-767 black steel wheels 15X7 with 4" back spacing, Goodyear Wrangler Dura Trac 235/75/15 tires. From doing some research I was thinking they would fit but I just wanted to ask you guys that have already been down this road and know for sure.

Doubt it really , stock width wheels and back spacing "maybe" but not with 4 inches of back spacing
Going to sit the tire out far enough that you'll rub
use your stock wheels and get 245-70s or so, with the sagged springs about all you can do and they will still rub
