I got my new tires today! I went with the 255/70/16 Firestone Destination A/T's. They feel great!!!

So I put the 235/70/16 Firestone Destination A/T's on the wife's 03 Ford Escape. I had to first find some 16" Rims for her since she had 225/70/15's on there.

Those look good. Some others have put them on and said they were good.

Thanks Dave, I like the way they look and like the little wider profile of them then the 75's.

Midnight, I'll get some better pictures of her tires when she gets home from work. You'll have to show them to your wife and see if she wants some for her Escape.

255's eh?
No rubbing, gringing or other strange sounds/ noises ?
Curious is all, Jeniffer and are in the market for new tires and we are looking at everything again!

Cheers
Ryan

I didn't have any rubbing until today. I removed the front facia to put tow hooks on and must not have put things back exactly as before, because now at full turn I have a little rubbing in the front on the fog light doors. But I'll heat up the area and bend it in some, should help.

Getting those new tires gave the Escaper a .5" lift too. Get us a picture of the meat on them.

Amazing what a new set of tires can do for a KJ's look alone! It looks good and stuffed indeed!
If that is all the rubbing you're getting as of yet, I'd say it's worth every penny of it!

The escape looks pretty decent as well!

(Cheers)

Thannks, the good thing about the Escape is the Wifes HAPPY and if the Wife's happy, everyone is happy!

So far so good, but I haven't fully stuffed them yet. I'll find out more in a couple of weeks when I go to the Jeep rally near Dayton, Ohio. I'm sure they will get stuffed there.
