Took a 3.5 hr trip this weekend with the kids. I averaged approximately 130 km/h and over the trip I managed to get 20.1 miles/gallon.
The air temperature was generally cool (15 degrees celcius or so) and the terrain relatively flat, however the speed was average 130km/h but at times exceeded 140-150 km/hr for passing trucks etc. I thought this was exciting enough to pass on.
