New alternator

My alternator seized on me this weekend and now i need to get a new one. I’m considering going to the junk yard and getting a used one but also entertaining an idea of getting a brand new unit. My question is which brand brand makes the best new alternator? Also would appreciate a part number if available. Thanks.

Mine is 2003 Jeep and lasted until 280,000 km. Gary’s auto wrecker might be a good option since i live close by. Thanks for the info.
