when i first turn on the ac it works fine. Blows cold air, clutch cycles on/off every 10 seconds or so and 1 line on the compressor is hot and 1 cold. After about 10 minutes no more cold air and the clutch no longer engages on the compressor. Any ideas? AC is not my area of expertise haha.

Could be a tad low on refrigerant. The system will not allow the compressor to cycle, if it is not with specifications.
Probably best to have a shop connect A/C gauges to see if the system is with in spec or not.
