Just thought I would drop a line and formally introduce myself. Picked the Jeep up a couple weeks ago. Since the purchase I have done the following:

Mopar front toe hooks (in the mail)
Rear receiver hook
Hella 500's
1.5" front/2" rear puck lift w/Ranchos
Cragar 16x7 Soft 8's w/235-70 Grabber2's
Tint to match rear windows
Pioneer/Sirius
Air horn

Anyhoo, on to the pics...looking forward to getting it muddy!!

Wow...what a difference the lift, tires, and wheels make. Looks really good. You appreciate the difference more with the before and after pic's.

Welcome to the world of jeep.

I am taking mine to get the fronts tinted in a week. What percent did you get on the fronts? They match the rears very well.

Nice work so far, BTW.

Brandon never said what level the tint was...he just matched it. Never thought of asking, but if I had to guess it is probably @20%? Sorry I cannot be more definite.

Yeah, I figured 20% as well, but I wanted to make sure. If you get a chance to ask him, can you PM me what % it is?

I started with the Rusty's .75" front puck (which raised the front 1.5") and two rear upper isolators...seemed a little low in the back for me once the heavier new spare was on. I then installed the 2" puck in the back and I am right where I wanted to be.

I don't know, I don't think that looks like 20%....I think more like 35%. That's what I had on the front of my last car. Took 5+ years before I got hassled for it. I think in S.E. MI, anything lower than 35% will get you caught. They seem to look past anything lighter.

I'd like to get mine done, probably this spring.

I actually stopped by the place that did the tint and talked to Brandon. He said that most places will say 20% to match the rear windows. He uses/used 15%. Upon close inspection, the fronts are ever so slightly darker than the rest of the windows. The reasoning for this is when it is nice and sunny out, more light comes in through the windshield and the fronts match the rear. I have been next to officers at lights and passed/been followed by them and no trouble, even on cloudy days.

Wow that looks great with the tint. I wouldn't mind getting mine done darker. The fronts were 30-35% I think. I asked them to match the backs but it is definitely not matched. I had it on for nearly 4 years.

Looks awesome! What a big change in just 2 weeks. Curious as why you didn't get a larger tire. Still looks awesome! I like how you de-badged the side emblem.

With the amount and type of wheelin' I will do it did not call for a larger tire, just one of better quality. I have gone overboard with other vehicles and learned. That is why it changed so quickly...lots of research and new exactly what I wanted to do.
