Haven't driven it yet, still got to put air box and battery tray in and also fix rear speed sensor connector tomorrow. After lift measurements are 23 both fronts and 22.5 in rear.

Measure the front after a drive. Should settle back in .5-1".

Very nice. I enjoy threads like this.

My 04 has a rusty rocker in the same spot. If I knew they had rocker rust issues I wouldve coated the inside of the rocker the day she rolled off the dealer lot.

What did you undercoat yours with? Ive started using fluid film.

i highly recommend avondalewholesaleparts.com instead of your local dealer if it is not time sensitive.
cheapest mopar source I've found so far and free shipping.
ships from AZ.

Guess they dont offer free shipping any more. They want $18 to ship a belt and the overflow coolant tank hose.

Oiling the inside of the rockers from the date of purchase would have been the way to go. Both of my rockers are getting replaced this spring and thankfully is the only area showing rust. I use summer blend bar and chain oil for undercoating my vehicles but have heard good reviews with fluid film.

Alignment done and sitting 22" at all four corners. Alignment did drop it down the extra .250 inch up front. Rides and handles 100 times better now since lifted and aligned. :happy107: Took it through some snow covered corn fields this weekend to check on the deer herd and performed great... No more bottoming old saggy suspension here.

Won't be too much happening here as I am looking to get back into a full size truck. Sold my lift yesterday since I most likely won't recoup my costs there when selling or trading so now back to a plain stocker til I buy me a truck. I miss having a truck and find the Liberty to be just to small for my hobbies and family.
