does anyone know what the proper torque specs (ft lbs) for the lug nuts should be?

Standard torque used "industry-wide" is 80. Run this for about 200 miles and re-torque. Make sure to use an alternating cross or star pattern after all lugs are seated.

The '03 FSM gives a range of 85-115 ft-lbs, but what azmotoman said should be just fine. I tend to run them on the lighter side of the range so I don't have to fight as much if I'm changing one in the rain on a muddy roadside
