Loosing door lock memory?

My 2002 Liberty will not retain the rolling door lock setting. I want to stop the doors automatically locking, I complete the procedures , they work until I turn the engine off then it goes back to the automatic closing setting as if it drops the memory. If checked all the fuses and relays already. Any ideas?
