The engine has a boatload of highway passing power. So much so that it's addictive, and doesn't even require a transmission downshift. Don't even worry about that, even with a lift and bigger tires.

No '07 models. Only '05 and '06.

There's no Part-Time only Transfer case available, each and every last one of them has Selec-Trac which has a full time option.

I'd personally go for an '05. Why? Cheaper. And if you find a low mileage '05, you get a 70k powertrain warranty... which is entirely absent on the '06. 3/36 only.

If I could do it over again I'd get a Renegade. Because of the looks.

The 2.8L CRD wasn't available with the Renegade package over here. Only Sport and Limited.
