Hi Tom, Yes, We are buying a dark green 2005 liberty sport that we found up
near Youngstown. We are buying it next thursday. The owner is
paying his lien and will have the title Thursday. Finding a rust free
Liberty is like finding a needle in a Haystack! Thanks for you offer
of help! JB

This is the one you were looking at , right?
He had it bend up and welded to a couple of metal scraps , Mounting it there lets you mount down through the frame rail ends
Personally I would make it taller and them hang the lights under it, more of the height of the Matrix , will post a picture of it for you to see.
for clarification
504s is on the left Maroon one
mine on the right black one
( for Jim McCain to keep him straight )

Here is the Matrix Brush Guard on my 03, make taller like this and mount two lights below , Just a personal perference
I know how many times I moved those lights when I would be working on his and have to realign since they were on top
