lift and tires

So when I lift the jeep and 4.10 gears and 265/70/16 toyo AT2 tires do I need to do anything to the speedometer so it will read right?

What year do you have? It should be close but depending on the year you maybe able to change it some to get MPH closer , trans shifting better

I called fletcher here in town Joey they said they could flash the computer and it would be 1 hour diagnostic fee about $108 with taxes they said
