Left side marker lights not working.

when i turn on the headlights the marker lights on the drivers side dont work. Turn signals are fine. If i replace the fuse they work for a random amount of time until the fuse burns again...

has anyone experienced this? i really dont want to have to take it to a garage and dump tons to figure it out.

Sounds basic, but have you tried changing the bulbs to see if that takes care of it? It's a cheap option...

Bad bulb causing the fuse to blow... I have had that happen on trailers a lot. The bulb filament burns off at one end, then when it next has power applied and you hit a bump the filament arcs and sticks completing the circuit but drawing more current than normal when lit, and the fuse blows.

Almost every time i had a problem on a trailer i would check the bulbs, tapping them one at a time until i find the intermittent one, replace it and all back to normal.

I replaced all the bulbs with LED units on the last trailer i had, no problems after that.

Replacing the bulbs are really easy - I believe the turn signals are just the outer, smaller bulbs which are 914 but to be safe I'd replace both bulbs (3157 and 914) just in case

well, i replaced the rear bulb already ( it was blown ) however the system still will fuse out..
but for a few bucks ill change teh whole lot.. it cant hurt!
