Leakys sunroof

Title says it all leaky sunroof..i replaced the seal around the glass to now avail with the leak still continuing..
06 Limted 3.7l V6

Anyways this might be a silly /stupid question but could/can sunroof glass potentially become warped over the years? or could there possibly be some slight roof damage from someone sitting on the roof i mean this vehicle is 10+ years old at this point.. and me and my wife have only owed it for the past 6months so im not sure what this jeeps history outside of our ownership


anyways there is a clearly noticeable quarter sized thick gap that is only on the back driver side corner of the sunroof that causes it to continuously leak everytime it rains.. for last couple months i just throw a tarp or tape it shut now and again to keep the waterout till i could be bothered to replace it's seal which i initally thought was the problem since it was kinda flatspoted in the area on the old seal..but even after replacing the seal over the weekend it was clear that hadnt been the issue an that there is something else thats going on since it's sealed perfectly flush and snuggly against the roof all the way around except that corner

possible clogged sunroof drains.
there is one at each corner.

Can you post a pic of your roof?

Mine on each corner of the sunroof has a very minor dimple- looks like a small hail ding. Hard to see if the light is the least bit not right. My WK had them too. Not sure how that helps but maybe this could help you find any deformities.

I don't see how glass could warp. Is their a Mopar/Jeep logo on the glass? Maybe it's been replaced and wasn't the right spec.

i'll try get a picture next time me and my wife are both off work during daylight but that very seldom happens since she mainly drives the liberty while i drive the WK..
i do recall glass has what looked to be the Chrysler emblem on it tho

i'm actually debating on just sealing it up permentally with epoxy and turning it into a moonroof since neither of us ever open it (i'll also replace the evic so the button wouldn't accidentally get bumped and reopen it)

I also wouldn't rule out that there's something wrong with the mechanism and it isn't pushing it back up in that corner.
