leak ? pics

is this coolant ? white residue , i cant find any apparent leaks

could be.
Any white residue around the radiator/WP/lower rad hose/heater hoses?

might want to pressure test your system.

the pics are the only places with that residue, no loss in coolant level. Ill dig out the pressure tester from the garage

If I had to guess it might be your WP spraying if it's getting on the side of the air box as well as the fuse box.

some possible residue around the WP , no real sign of apparent leak hmmm maybe ill replace it , i think its original anyways

Is it dusty at all? Could be a belt edge fraying.

no not dusty , belt is only a few months old also. Im just stumped at where the leak is. Also need to find my pressure tester to confirm leak

hmmm interesting, ill have to check it. Seems to only accumulate on longer drives, an hour or over

Definitely something belt driven. You can see the pattern of it how it was "flung" if you will

yep , pretty sure the WP leaking from the bearing area... easy to replace and will probably need soon anyway. Thanks everyone

it is coolant no doubt. I had the exact same thing. My wp was weeping and the top corner of the radiator cracked. I had that same spray pattern on the intake box and because of the mech fan it was on the hood liner too. Coolant dries white so its easier to see and diagnose.

alright thanks, i looked it over this morning and the radiator is fine but i ordered new gates WP and some hoat

also new thermostat while im in there. Hopefully it doesnt decide to fail on me between now and wed when the parts come in
