KJ Airflow internal ventilation

2003 KJ. MY internal ventilation system is stuck on windscreen and feet. The direction dial turns but does not change the direction of the airflow options. The speed setting dial only works on speed 3 and 4. Is there a controller managing this or could it be a mechanical issue with the system???

As far as I know, the ac control module in the Central panel performs all those functions.

[Gyro]

Airflow direction doors operate on vacuum,check for leaks under the dash.
Blower motor resistor is behind the glove box.
