KJ 2005--different looks?

Maybe I'm just not that atuned to subtle changes......

In another thread several members said they liked the looks/body of the 2002/2003/2004 KJ more than the 2005. I have the 2005 (sport) and I can't see a bit of difference. Can someone tell me what those changes are?

Also, what are the ADVANTAGES of the 2005 over KJs from previous years.

They have a different front end and a bigger piece of plastic over the rocker rail(to get your pants dirty).

Very easy to notice.

Here's the changes for 2005:


2005: Refresh. New fender flares, bumpers, grille, new interior color, console redesign and seat redesign. Rear seats fold flatter (but not completely flat) at the expense of comfort (Probably a Mercedes decision, lol) Renegade has new look. "LIBERTY" badge removed from door and is now molded in with the door trim. New, darker taillights. Cheap black plastic over rocker panel (and if you remove it holes WILL be exposed) Lighting over rear seat.
