Didn't see an intro page so I figured I would post here. Recently got rid of my 99 XJ and got an 08' KK.
IT has been a hard transition as I bought the XJ new 10yrs ago (Was my dream car - odd I know) and it was a fantastic vehicle (5spd 6 cylinder, limited slip), could go anywhere, and do so much mroe than its diminutive package would indicate.
The KK does things the XJ never could properly (Like tow and keep out road/wind noise). So I am happy with it, but the added mass make performance and fun to drive factor a lot lower. There also seems to be no one out there supporting the KK platform yet.. so a little leary on what to buiy to rectify the situation..
I also own a 59 Willy's pickup project that seems to have stalled out since I had a son 2 yrs ago.. Someday...
