Interval of T-case fluid change

I was wondering if anyone knew how often do you have to change the transfer case fluids.

Every 30k is what the OM says.

15k for front and rear axles and 30k for the ******.

The axles can really wait till 30k if you do not offroad, or use 4wd alot.
