So I understand that my kJ is not the most expensive vehicle out there , but i am having trouble finding insurance to cover everything I want. No problem finding one that does on road coverage, but most won’t cover the amount I want or won’t cover anything off road. Any suggestions?

Shop around. All State for instance may be able to help, with increased deductibles, but inspect all of the fine print carefully.
Not recommended to go off road without a buddy in a 2nd vehicle, with also good recovery gear to help.

Since owning built 4X4s I have dealt with 6-7 different insurance companies over the years
I always have all receipts for everything, show it to them and they write a policy covering all added items including lifts, bumpers etc
