What's the best touch screen radio to install in a 2004 jeep liberty ?

I mean something that will fit with the wiring in the car. I want a touch screen one that i can hook up back up camera too but something that will fit into the car.

Like The Lizard King posted, you can get wiring harnesses which save you a ton of trouble.

For touch screen, you're going to want Double-Din, which means a new bezel and a little work. It's not hard, though.
