This is open to all KJ owners or other 4X4 members reading this.
Jen and I and a few of our fellow Fun in B.C. Club members are heading out for a "Long weekend" up to Poison Mountain near Lyton, B.C.
Jen and I will be heading up Thursday September 29th. And we'll be home the evening of Sunday September 31st.
This trail is not technical, all KJ's can do it!

If interested, please pm us for further details.

I will add that your 4X4 should have tow hooks!
Just in case you feel up to getting into some added adventure!

We have all recovery equipment necessary to pull stuck vehicles out of trouble.
All you need to bring is a sence of adventure and your basic camping gear and
Whatever food and drink you like!

We hope to see some local KJ owners out there with us!

Cheers

Sounds like a fun time, I was through there a little over a week ago, took the long way from Vancouver to Penticton up through Lilloet and got my KJ's picture taken with the guarenteed rugged city sign. Not sure if I'll be able to convince my gf to get back out camping that quick, but I'll start working on her.

Send us a pm and we'll give you our phone number.
Jen and I are also heading up the sea to sky highway to get there.
Then head home through the interior route.

I wish I had more notice.... or a better rig (insert pouting here)

Well...
In October we are going to some natural hot springs around the Harrison hot springs area. (Not the actual resort area)
Again, any 4X4 should be able to get there.

This invitation is open to all other folks who are interested in joining us for a fun weekend.

A day and a half away!

Strike that, Jen and I are heading out bright and early Friday morning around 4:00/5:00am.
Taking the long way to Lillooet via Pemberton.
Going to go via Gold Bridge to Lillooet.
That adds about 5.5 hours to the overall journey.
Way more scenic road trip!

Here are some maps.
Pemberton, to Gold Bridge

Well, we're all packed and ready to roll...

... For a 4:00 am start!
Taking the long way to get there.
Hopefully I can find my way back to the auto grave yard that's up there.
Old car's and trucks dating back to the early 1900's!

Cheers all
