With JBA's 4 inch lift kit at $3,049 plus shipping.( You would also require shaved CV's)

The adjust a struts are expensive in the 4" kit.

That is why most (including me) purchased the 1.5 lift (927-948 springs)with top plate & 3/8 upper steel spacers, clevis and JBA 4.5 A-arms, & rear isolators for half that price as above and you get about 3 inches.

Like Ryan, I say the Frankie is also the way to go, pre-assembled ready to drop in, and u get top plate and order separately the JBA4.5 A-arms and Boiler's 3/8 steel spacers, Teraflex Stops & rear Isolators.

My front hub to flare is 22.75 inches. Just under the 23 " inches is where you want to be, as when you go over the 23" you will also need to get the shaved CV shafts $$$! as well.

Ya, a Frankenlift along with a clevis lift, 4 extra rear spring isolaters (Buy some machined down CV joints) and you too can have a four inch lift.

It's easier/cheaper than that, but not worth it as you don't gain ground clearance.. Franky or OME/Rancho Clevis lift and dropped cradle, out back move the shock mounts up and add Iso's

Somewhere between being sane and insane!

Actually by doing a cradle drop(which more headache then it's worth) reduces the front ground clearance so no gain from adding larger tires this way.
