Help me with code p0016 and p0344

Hi guys
After changing engine from 2002 to fix it on 2006 I did everything need to change spork crankshaft and the sensors and throttle I get the code p0016 and camshaft the car need to long to start now and engine cut it on 2500 rpm

According to the Factory service manual you have the crankshaft and camshaft timing incorrect.
