HELP HELP HELP 3.7 Idle

I purchased a 2002 jeep liberty with a blown motor. Put in another motor with 120k miles on it. Motor mounts on motor where wasted so i put new motor mounts,new coils, New crank sensor and fixed a bunch of vacuum leaks.

Jeep Runs great Just has a idle that seems like its misfiring. (not Constant kind of comes and goes expecially when you first start it)

Scanner shows absolutley no misfire in the counter.

You sure you're hearing a misfire? These engines have a bit of a rough idle. They also have a slight engine knock when cold. Very common.
