Head unit stopped working

Hello, so I've had a Powek Ackoustik PDN 626B double din head unit in my jeep for awhile, but today I opened up the dash in order to mount a switch for my fog lights and when I plugged the radio back in, the screen never turned on. The car will still start, so the radio is still getting power of some sort I think. Any ideas as to how to fix this?

Start with checking the fuse panel, you might have shorted the power when you touched the wiring. That would be best case scenario.
