Front amber Running light issue

Hi All. Just replaced all bulbs with LEDs....front and rear turn signals, tail/brake light, and reverse light. I used LED bulbs with built in resistors for the turn signals to avoid the hyper-flash. The other LEDs don't have the resistors.

Everything works fine except that the front amber running light turn off when I apply the brakes. Still works as a turn signal with brake applied.

Any ideas why this would happen? Thanks!
