Would it be bad to splice my aftermarket fog lights on my bumper directly into my driving light wiring without a relay? That's how it is as of last night but dont want anything burning to the ground.. should i use a relay? And if so, do i just connect 12v to 30 and 86 in order to not use a switch with the relay and have them come on with parking lights? (they are both 55w lights)

You should use a relay, because if you run the FOGS off the same wires as the driving light wire, or other, you are adding to the total the amperage draw, which is not safe for the source wiring. Use the driving light wires to trigger the relay, then power the relay from the battery. This is the safest way.
