Just the pulley, as in a non-wearable item? I'd go to a junkyard.

Which also houses the A/C clutch assembly and is wearable,and a royal pain to install without the correct tools.
I'd stay away from a junkward for a A/C pulley assembly.

I priced it for you at a local pick-and-pull junkyard... and they said 40 dollars. Shouldn't be that much different wherever you're from.
If you are wary about the part wearing out early because it's from a junkyard... Think about it like this: It would take 7 of them wearing out to equal the cost of a new one... so until you go through 6 of them, you are still ahead of the game price-wise.

That's what I was wondering, if he narfed up the pulley only somehow, or if the clutch itself is fubar'd. I've replaced an A/C clutch on a 2.2L GM....I would just bite the bullet and get a new one if that's the deal. It's a pain in the ass, I wouldn't want to do it again.

99% of the time you will messup the clutch trying to remove it.Then your out your money,just to be out all over again till you realize I should just have bought a new one to start.

Right, Right... If you don't have the proper tooks/know-how to pull a part... It is a better Idea to buy one new. If, however you know exactly what you are doing... you should be fine.
Or you could go to a junkyard that pulls the part for you, in which case it has to be in working order, or you'll get your money back.
I also go to thrift stores quite often, and stop at every garage sale I see.
Remember, I'm always happy to save a penny... More gas for the jeep
