e-rad fan wires really hot

I suspect poor connection of that pin.

I'll be putting the new fan on later and will be putting on some dielectric grease.
I'm not big on doing that but no harm trying.

I go real easy on the dielectric grease. I use it sparingly on most connectors. Even so, my connector was a bear to get apart. It was super tight. I assume that is a good thing, but don't remember the OE fan connector being such a pain.

Nope. Looks like brand new. :shrug:

Everything is hooked up again.
Applied with dielectric grease.

new e-rad fan.
new relay.
checked wiring.
Checked functionality to coolant temp.

fan runs round 11.5-12 amps.

fingers crossed.
