DTC for Jeep Liberty 2005 CDR

Help- I have a jeep liberty and used it in the US with no problems- I brought it to Cameroon Africa and PROBLEMS- Two Trouble codes I need help with-
1) P1252 cant find out what this is
2) P0299- Underboost turbo- Does this mean I need a new turbo? Mine was working but putting out black smoke- now not working

Possibly blew a turbo hose. They do that. Many other horrible engine failures are possible. How many miles or years on the timing belt and water pump? Some drop valves or seats. Ceramic glow plugs disintegrate causing all of the above.
