Ok so I would like to drain the rad though the driver's side petcock, replace the upper rad hose and refill with OEM Hoat.
I am use to having a rad with a cap which the KJ Does not have. It has lets call it a double sided pressurized tank.
Ok so according to the FSM the tank cap should only be removed & refilled cold.
So to drain also the tank I need to remove the cap to continue to drain tank.
So now that it is empty and a new thermostat & rad hose is installed, what is the correct refill procedure?
I assume since it is cold I start adding fluid into the tank and keep going until it is half full.
Do I then start the KJ give it a rev with the cap on & it will drop or how exactly does this work to get it full & correct? Air bleed later..??

Looks like from the Mopar Hoat jug I need 60% coolant and 40% distilled water to reach -62F or -52C
Never exceed 70% Hoat & 30% Distilled water though.

Somewhere between being sane and insane!
Fill through bleed hole on upper radiator hose(engine side) with cap off, this will fill the engine and radiator.Once it's full through there replace plug and fill the tank and start, add as needed.

Why could the FSM not explain this? Thanks Troy!
According to specs the system capacity including heater & coolant recovery filled to max is:
14 quarts or 13.2 Liters. I assume I will need a bit less then probably around 11-12 Liters.
Will have to have a funnel handy as well to fill in the bleed hole..

You will only need approximately half of the total capacity, the rest remains in the engine block.

you can get the plugs out of the engine block to drain out the old coolant out of the engine block one is located behind the starter under the farthest back freeze out plug and on the passengers side it is located under the middle freeze out plug. They are hex head, just a smaller version of the large plug described above. Heads up you will need to loosen the starter and move it to the side to get the drain plug out on the drivers side. And If you are wondering I have done this myself and it is not hard at all the get both the plugs out.
