I was looking for a funky part on a 12 year old Chrysler Sebring and couldn't find decent parts diagrams so I looked and looked until I found this website eastern Europe somewhere. Thank goodness I book marked it! Good site for diagrams! All brands!

Looks like the clevis to LCA bushings are worn. I have the same problem. According to Jeep, you'll need a special tool to press them out. I think a threaded rod with appropriate sized chunk of tubing, some washers and nuts will do the same job.

Yep. That's how I did it.

No special tool needed to remove the Cleavis to Lower Control Arm bushing. You put the LCA in a good vise and use a chisel to split the bushing down one side then use the vise to mash the bushing together and just work it out. Its a real pain in the but but it will come out. You could also use a saws all to cut the bushing off at each side of the sleeve and knock it out from there. Mine looked like that and I thought they were making the liberty ride funny, but no change in the ride after I replaced them. I wouldn`t waste my time doing it again.
