Dead Power Outlet

My front power outlet (cigar lighter) is dead! I changed the fuse (num. 31 according to my manual) and it didn't fix anything. Any ideas? Different fuse? The rear one works fine.

I had the same problem in my 05 Liberty (back power worked but the front didn't). It was just a bad fuse. I would double check to make sure the changed the correct fuse. It wouldn't hurt to just check them all.
