michigan weather ***** about as much as its drivers. i was on the highway and the light turned yellow about 20 feet in front of me and the stupid lady in front of me decided that she was going to slam on her brakes and fishtail all over and let me hit her. i had my pedal to the floor and i knew i was gunna ram her and i did:mad:. BUT luckily i had my brush guard on and it saved my whole front end. all i have is a dented hood and a crack in the bumber plastic. the bracket for the brush guard bent and let the guard hit the bumper and hood but i think i got off lucky......as for that stupid town n country.....she needs a whole new rear end.
BTW, even though it was legaly my fault, it was hers. i had time to hit her, grab my phone, and get out before that stupid light turned red.

Did you have the top brace on your brush guard? Just wondering....

Damage doesn't look that bad, if not for the damage to the hood its pretty darn light. Any body damage ***** but it could have been far worse. You could get by with a new painted hood by the looks of it.

Today's weather is even worse... wet roads and horrid wind.

Make sure the body shop checks out the mount on the frame extension where your brush guard mounts. That area probably absorbed all of the energy.

As much as this statement will piss you off...

But you were driving to fast and didn't keep enough distance between the vehicle in front of you!

Them the facts Dude!

In 26 years of driving I have never caused a collision with an other vehicle
"accidentally"
No such thing as an accident, just careless driving, not paying attention, etc.

No sympathy here buddy!

I wouldn't say that and blame him... Around here i have this type of thing happen all the time, person in front of me being erratic, not using their blinker, suddenly stopping in heavy traffic, you name it...

Don't be too quick to judge.
