I have a new fan but it is not kicking in.

What is the best way to test the fan and which relays or fuses control the fan.

Thanks

you might be able to find relay/fuse info from your user manual.
I'd would check by measuring the voltage output of the connector that goes to your radiator fan.
It's either a 2 pin or 3 pin depending on whether you have the HD cooling setup.

The radiator fan will kick in with the following conditions:
engaged when the ,air conditioning system is
activated. The relay is also energized when, air conditioning
is selected and coolant temperature is
above 95° C ( 203° F), or , air conditioning is selected
and battery temperature sensor is above 41° C (106°
F). It will then de-energize when , air conditioning is
selected and coolant temperature is below 92° C
(198° F), or , air conditioning is selected and battery
temperature is below 38° C (100° F).

To check the fan directly, I would use a 12V supply w/ the appropriate current limit.
