Compressor doesn't engage in high revolution

My wife's libby (Kj 2006-Automatic) has a problem: compressor does not engage while you drive. However in idle , it engages and disengages without problem.

What Could be causing this? Accumulator? any valve?

What tests Can I do to figure out where the problem is?
