Common Wheeling Breakages

My personal trail carnage has been torn off fender flare and splash guard, and front sway bar links tend to loosen up (popping sounds occur). Oh, and a bit of body damage.

I have heard the electric cooling fan can be an issue if you're running through much water... guys I was with once told me to turn off the A/C and turn up the heat for several deep (24" or so) water crossings to avoid the fan turning on while under water. He had had one get some dirty water/grit into the inner workings of the fan and it died.

Anyone have experience with this type of issue?

Yes. That is what stopped mine. Taking it apart and cleaning it along with some wd40 cleared mine right up.
