I have been getting a P0440 Evap Leak code. I have recently replaced the LDP (which I discovered was faulty during a smoke test a few months ago), the solenoid, and the gas cap. I smoke tested it again, and there are no leaks, I believe. I was getting smoke at the tank vent by the filler tube, but I think that is normal. Hoses all look fine. What else is there? Thanks

Replace and lubricate gas cap O-ring. Use silicone o-ring lubricant.
It worked for me.

Are you smoke feeding it under the hood. Mine cracked one there with the feed line.

Yes, I think I may of found it. There is a vent right by the gas cap, and it's supposed to have a filter on the end that I think is supposed to be a one-way filter. I ordered a new filter, so we will see. I found a post somewhere else that said smoke is not supposed to come out of that filter during smoke testing. The only place I saw smoke was behind the filler tube, where I could not see, and that is where that filter is. Thanks!
