Clicking noise after Jeepinbyal UCA install

I installed a set of Jeepinbyal UCAs on my Frankenlifted 02 last week. After I got the alignment done (right away, so only about 4 miles driven beforehand) I've been getting a clicking noise out of the right side when starting to apply brake pressure. I doesn't happen every time, but it happens most of the time. It is only one click per brake application.

Any suggestions on where to look first??
